Project Assistant Needed:


We are looking for a self-motivated, …… individual that can work well with PM’s, Owners, and suppliers.

You will be in charge of everything from obtaining plans, specs and project schedule, submittals, RFI’s and building O&M’s to close out’s and everything in between.


Required skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficient in working in different software’s- Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Sheets, Drop Box

Ability to prioritize

Superior attention to details

Able to multitask, while keeping track of varying projects in different stages of development


Schedule:

M-F 8-4:30


This position is located at our office in Battle Ground, WA


What your day looks like:

                Perform necessary clerical functions to support the Project Management Team

                Enter change orders into our software programs (Spectrum/ Procore)

                Review, Revise and Send out Submittals

                Request RFI’s

                Track and follow CO’s

                Build Safety Manuals and O&M’s

                Visit Jobsites w/ PMs as required
